Trinity students delivered outstanding performances at the 2026 MAV Statewide Maths Games Days, securing 1st place in Year 10 and 2nd place in Year 9.

As hosts of the Year 10 event, Trinity welcomed more than 240 students from schools across Victoria for a day of problem-solving, teamwork and mathematical challenges.

Congratulations to our Year 10 Team C – Aaron, Frank, Lachlan and Hugo – who claimed 1st place, and our Year 9 Team A – Max, Christian, Benji and Ethan – who secured an impressive 2nd place.

A special thank you to our Maths Department, Mrs McNamara for organising the Year 10 event, and Co-Captain of Academics, Timothy, for their support across both days.

Our Year 10 champions also had the opportunity to celebrate their success with Mr Farrer. A brilliant achievement and a fantastic result for Trinity Maths!
