Applications for key intake years (ELC 3, Prep, Year 5 and Year 7) are held on the waiting list until the enrolment process for that year level commences, which is generally two years prior to entry.

For other year levels, places are considered in the year prior to entry and are dependent on a casual vacancy arising.

ELC 3, Prep, Year 5 and Year 7.

A variety of factors are considered, such as date of application, whether a student has, or has had, a sibling at Trinity, or if they are the child of a past student.

How long before the preferred year of entry should I submit my son’s application?

As above, applications are weighted on date of submission, so we recommend submitting your son’s application as soon as possible for the best chance of offer.

Offers are usually made within two weeks following the interview. To accept an offer, parents are required to sign a Confirmation of Enrolment document and pay a Confirmation of Enrolment Fee and Contribution Fee.

Upon application, families are required to pay an Application Fee of $110 AUD. Upon acceptance of an offer, families are required to pay a Confirmation of Enrolment Fee of $2000 AUD ($500 AUD of which is refunded upon completion of schooling) and a Holding Deposit of $2500 AUD which is credited to the Term 2 fee account in the year of entry.

Ongoing fees are invoiced one term in advance. The Fee Schedule and Business Regulation Notice (charges relating to camps, private music lessons and other extraneous expenses) are accessible on our website.
