
Trinity Community Recognised in King’s Birthday Honours
We are delighted to congratulate former Headmaster Rick Tudor AM, Professor Konrad Pesudovs AM (OTG 1986) and Brigadier David McCammon AM (OTG 1994) on being recognised in the King’s Birthday Honours List.
The honours acknowledge their outstanding leadership, service and contribution across education, medicine, military service and the broader community.
Rick Tudor, who served as Trinity’s Headmaster from 1999 to 2013, has been recognised for his significant service to secondary education governance and the not-for-profit sector. Widely respected for his years of dedicated leadership at Trinity, Rick played an important role in shaping the school community and the lives of generations of students.
Professor Konrad Pesudovs has been acknowledged for his outstanding contributions to ophthalmology and eye health research. An internationally recognised researcher and clinician, he was also identified as the world’s most cited optometrist in 2021, reflecting the global impact of his work in improving eye care and vision outcomes.
Brigadier David McCammon has been honoured following a distinguished military career spanning nearly three decades, marked by exceptional leadership, operational service and an enduring commitment to the soldiers under his command.
We are proud to celebrate Rick, Konrad and David on this well-deserved recognition and thank them for the meaningful contributions they continue to make in their respective fields and communities.
