Jack is an OTG and was School Captain in 2020. He is currently studying Medicine at Monash University. He was actively involved with the School community through debating and public speaking. Jack has joined as a member of the OTGA Committee and provides support to current students.

Dr Shivanthan Shanthikumar
Shiv is an OTG and was School Captain in 2004. After finishing at Trinity, he remained involved in the school community primarily through OTG activities in Indigenous communities. Professionally, he is a paediatrician who specialises in respiratory medicine.
Jane Rodgers
Jane is a past parent, dedicated volunteer and the mother of three OTGs. Jane’s eldest son was School Captain in 2012 and her youngest two boys completing their studies in 2017. During Jane’s time at Trinity she was involved in the Parents’ Association, the Cafeteria Committee and was an instrumental member of the Fair Committee.
Rev Robert Newton
Robert is currently Vicar of Holy Trinity Kew, a member of the Melbourne Anglican Diocesan Schools Commission and a Director of Hume Anglican Grammar. He was previously Archdeacon of LaTrobe and Ballarat and a Director of Ballarat Grammar School. He has also been a missionary teacher in Zimbabwe, Chaplain at Malvern College UK, Head of Religious Education at Newington College in Sydney and Trinity College in Gawler, SA.
Vivienne Monteith
Vivienne was born and educated in South Africa where she began her career as a primary school teacher. In 1996, she and her family relocated to New Zealand, where she continued her teaching career. In 2009, Vivienne joined TGS’s Junior School, teaching Year 2, Year 6 and Religious Education prior to retiring at the end of 2018. She keeps busy in her retirement by spending time with her family, tutoring, learning Mandarin and singing in the choir at St George’s East Ivanhoe.
David Mansour
David is an OTG from the 1960s and early 1970s. He returned to TGS to teach HSC, later VCE, Economics in 1987 and undertook various roles, including Head of Commerce, Head of Arnold House, Head of Years 10 and 11 and Senior Master during his tenure. He retired in 2015, although remains connected to TGS through the China Program and VCE exam supervision. He is the father of two OTGs, both of whom commenced in Junior School and both of whom he taught. He is an inductee in the TGS Gallery of Achievement.
Professor Tim Lindsey AO
Tim is an OTG, finishing in 1979. He is the Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor and Malcolm Smith Professor of Asian Law at the University of Melbourne, where he is also the Director of the Centre for Indonesian Law, Islam and Society. He is the author of over 100 publications and is executive editor of the Australian Journal of Asian Law. He was previously the long-serving Chair of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Australia Indonesia Institute. He is an inductee in the TGS Gallery of Achievement.
Ryan Landgren
Mr Ryan Landgren attended Trinity Grammar School from 2004 and completed his studies in 2009. He joined the OTGA Committee in 2019 and has demonstrated himself to be an impressive contributor. Ryan is now in his second year as OTGA Vice President and in this role is responsible for supporting, representing and growing the many OTGA Clubs. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Commercial Law and Finance. He currently works as a Senior Manager with BT which is the wealth management arm of the Westpac Group.
Justice Sharon Johns
Justice Sharon Johns completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law and in 2013 was appointed as a Judge of the Family Court of Australia and continues to work in that role. In addition to her work as a Judge, she is actively involved in the Trinity Community and provides voluntary services to a number of community and sporting groups.
Kate Hall
Kate Hall was a member of the Trinity Leadership Team and Deputy Headmaster, Daily Administration (later renamed Assistant Principal, Daily Administration) a role she held for 21 years until her retirement at the end of 2021. Kate commenced her teaching at Trinity in 1987, teaching English and Literature, then taking on several leadership roles that of Assistant Group master and Head of Year during her early tenure, until appointment to the Leadership role.
Although retired, Kate remains connected and dedicated to Trinity and the broader Trinity community. Kate keeps busy in her retirement spending time with friends and family, reading, playing tennis and enjoys planning for her next trip overseas.
