Linda Weatherson PSM

Linda’s family has been a part of the Trinity Community for four generations: great uncle Alfred Bright was headmaster from 1943-1959; her father and uncles attended in the 1940s; brother and cousins in the 1970s; and son and nephews in the 2000s. John Weatherson, Linda’s father, established the Old Trinity Grammarians Football Club in 1954, where Linda remains actively involved. Linda first vocation was as a teacher, before moving into local government as a senior executive at the City of Melbourne for more than 20 years. She does voluntary work, travels and mentors and coaches younger people.

Nikki du Toit

Nikki du Toit attended Trinity from Year 1 to Year 12, proudly represented the school in cricket and football, playing in the First teams, and formed lifelong friendships, particularly through Arnold House. Taking part in the Outdoor Leaders Program developed leadership skills that led to the privilege of serving as School Captain. Upon graduating, he spent six months in Darwin, playing cricket and embracing the Top End’s unique experiences, and is studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science/Business at Deakin University while continuing to pursue a career in professional cricket.

Dr Lynette Wong

Lynette Hall (née Wong), MBBS FRACGP PGDipManagement, has professional experience and interests spanning mental health, day hospital governance, healthcare quality, safety and healthcare consumer partnership and engagement. She enjoys being part of the Trinity community and embraces its vision and values. Her late father (1959), brother (1989) and son attended Trinity and her daughter was a part of the Coordinate Program (2020s).

Michael Fan

Michael is an OTG and was School Captain in 2023. He is currently enrolled at Princeton University, completing a liberal arts degree. During his time at the School, Michael was actively involved in the community, particularly through mentoring and fostering cross-age relationships. Michael is also a member of the OTGA committee and continues to support current students.

Oscar Brown

Oscar is an OTG and was School Captain in 2022. He is currently studying a bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University. He continues to be actively involved in the school community through coaching senior cricket and cross-country teams, as well as umpiring the OTGFC men’s reserve team. Oscar is also a member of the OTGA Committee.

Thushy Vinayagamoorthy

Thushy is a former member of School Council and a current parent. With a distinguished career spanning over 16 years in professional finance, she has garnered extensive expertise across diverse industries, including energy, retail, entertainment, construction, and fin tech. In her capacity as Head of Finance, Thushy specialises in financial reporting, accounting, finance transformation, corporate governance, and compliance. Thushy has two sons and a daughter, one of whom is currently attending Trinity Grammar School, Kew.

Rob Gow

Rob’s career in education and leadership over the past 24 years has been in both the State and co-educational independent sectors, at Primary and Middle School levels. Rob is currently the Head of Middle School, Wesley College St Kilda Rd. Rob is a current parent with two boys attending TGS and is looking forward to positively contributing to the school.  

John Gillam

John was the Chair of School Council from June 2018 until July 2020, serving on School Council for three years. John has an extensive executive and non-executive career historyHe is currently Chairman of CSR Limited and Nufarm Limited as well as a Board Member of the Clontarf Foundation and the Heartwell Foundation. John was the CEO of Bunnings from 2004 to 2016 and was also a past Board Member at Ruyton Girls’ School. His son graduated from Trinity in 2018. 

Jeremy Duffield

Jeremy is an OTG, finishing in 1972.  Jeremy currently is the Chair, Retirement Essentials and Chair/Co-Founder of SuperEd Pty Ltd. Jeremy is well regarded in the Australian and International financial services sector, having served as a senior executive with leading global funds manager The Vanguard Group USA from 1980 to 2010.  

Jeremey is Chairman of the Australian Centre for Financial Studies and is a non-executive director of MLC, National Wealth Management and Plum Financial Services.  He is a member of the Federal Government’s Australian Centre Financial Task Force. 

Wendy Cooper

Wendy is a past parent and the mother of two OTGs, her youngest finishing at the School in 2014.  Wendy has a daughter who attended Ruyton Girls’ School finishing in 2018. 

During Wendy’s time at Trinity she was an active volunteer in the school community having been involved in the Parents’ Association, Cafeteria Committee and a member of the Fair Committee.
