Sean commenced as Deputy Principal of Trinity Grammar School in 2026. Prior to joining Trinity, Sean worked at Wesley College Melbourne, where he held a number of senior executive leadership roles across a large, multi-campus ECLC–Year 12 environment. Most recently, he served as Head of Senior School and also held executive roles as Deputy Head of Campus (acting) and Head of Learning in Residence (Boarding).

Prior to this Sean worked at a number of schools in Queensland, including Brisbane Grammar and The Southport School.

Sean has experience working across all aspects of school operations and has served on professional committees at both state and national levels, including with the Australian Boarding Schools Association. Educated at an all-boys Anglican school in Queensland, Sean holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Education (Leadership and Management). He is strongly committed to values-based education and supporting schools to be communities where young people can thrive.
