Payment of Fees

Tuition fees are payable one term in advance (e.g. tuition fees for Term 1 are due at the commencement of Term 4 of the previous year; tuition fees for Term 2 are due at the commencement of Term 1 of the same year etc.)

Additional charges are payable for:

  • Compulsory school camps (students in Years 3 – 10)
  • The provision of tablet computers and associated incidentals (students in Years 5-12)
  • Some co-curricular activities/excursions
  • Private music lessons

Payment Plans

There are three payment options for new families to select from, these being annual, quarterly, or monthly instalments. If you do not select a payment plan, it will automatically default to quarterly instalments for the remainder of the year.

Please make this arrangement via the Com Portal on Trinity Connect. The tuition fee payment plans will be open for your selection from Thursday 3 October 2024 and will close on Sunday 6 October 2024.

Please contact the Finance Department if you miss the deadline or wish to amend your payment plan throughout the year.

Families are able to access the Com Portal in order to choose their payment plan and enter their payment details via their Trinity Connect login details. It is important that parents/guardians follow the Online Payments user guide to ensure their payment plan is set for the 2025 school year. The selection in 2025 will roll over to future years, so please contact the Finance Department to make any changes.

For our current families that selected a payment plan in 2024, this will be automatically rolled over for the 2025 year.

EdStart

EdStart is an excellent group that has worked with and supports many of our Trinity families who require assistance with the payment of school fees. To learn more about this arrangement please click here.

Cashless Student Account System – Flexischools

Trinity Grammar School currently uses a system called ‘Flexischools’ for students to make purchases in the cafeteria.

We invite parents to download the Flexischools App from the App store or Google Play and click ‘Like to register?’ or click on the ‘Register’ button at the top right of the Flexischools website (https://www.flexischools.com.au/ ).

Once funds have been added to your profile:

  • Senior School students can make purchases in the cafeteria using their ID card
  • Junior School parents can place lunch orders on online for their child

For more information on how to use the Flexischools system, please refer to https://community.flexischools.com.au/s/parents, email help@flexischools.com.au, or call 1300 361 769.
