The financial commitments of investing in a Trinity Grammar School education are detailed below.

The School Council has set the 2026 Tuition Fee Schedule and families can learn of the annual costs for tuition, music, camps/outdoor education and other levies from these links. Scroll down the page to find further information relating to payment plans, payment assistance via our partner Edstart, and the Schools Flexischools program for cashless payments at the Cafeteria. The links below also include the full terms and conditions of enrolment that exist for all students during their enrolment at Trinity Grammar School Kew.

2026 Fees and Charges (Domestic)

2026 Fees and Charges (International)

International Students

International students are supported and encouraged to participate fully in school life both in and outside the classroom, with an emphasis on the enjoyment of learning.

Payment of Fees

Tuition fees are payable one term in advance (e.g. tuition fees for Term 1 are due at the commencement of Term 4 of the previous year; tuition fees for Term 2 are due at the commencement of Term 1 of the same year etc.)

Additional charges are payable for:

  • Compulsory school camps (students in Years 3 – 10)
  • The provision of tablet computers and associated incidentals (students in Years 5-12)
  • Some co-curricular activities/excursions
  • Private music lessons

Payment Plans

There are three payment options for new families to select from, these being annual, quarterly, or monthly instalments. If you do not select a payment plan, it will automatically default to quarterly instalments for the remainder of the year.

Please contact the Finance Department to arrange your payment plan (contact details below).

EdStart

EdStart is an excellent group that has worked with and supports many of our Trinity families who require assistance with the payment of school fees.

Cashless Student Account System – Flexischools

Trinity Grammar School currently uses a system called ‘Flexischools’ for students to make purchases in the cafeteria.

We invite parents to download the Flexischools App from the App store or Google Play and click ‘Like to register?’ or click on the ‘Register’ button at the top right of the Flexischools website (https://www.flexischools.com.au/ ).

Once funds have been added to your profile:

  • Senior School students can make purchases in the cafeteria using their ID card
  • Junior School parents can place lunch orders on online for their child

For more information on how to use the Flexischools system, please refer to https://community.flexischools.com.au/s/parents, email help@flexischools.com.au, or call 1300 361 769.
