SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION

Applications must be submitted by completing the online form and paying the application fee of $80.00 by 3:00pm on Wednesday 8 July 2026. Applicants must ensure the application is complete at the time of submission. Trinity is unable to amend applications once submitted, and multiple submissions will not be considered. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

Applicants are required to submit the requested supporting documentation, including relevant academic reports and specialist reports. Trinity cannot accept any documents that have not been attached prior to submission.
 

REVIEW OF APPLICATION

All applications are reviewed by the Deputy Principal. Particular attention is given to students who demonstrate strong engagement, sustained commitment, and the capacity to contribute positively to the life of the school. Students who are unsuccessful in proceeding to an interview will be notified by email from our Admissions Office.

INTERVIEW

Families of shortlisted students will be invited to attend an interview with the Deputy Principal in July. The interview provides an opportunity to discuss the application in greater detail and further explore the student’s suitability for a Cocurricular Scholarship.

OUTCOME

Families will be notified of the outcome of their application via email. Scholarship remission is determined at the discretion of the school, and individual feedback will not be provided.

      INTERVIEW AVAILABILITY
      As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates and their families will be invited to attend an interview with the Deputy Principal during the month of July.

      I/we understand that, if a scholarship is offered, acceptance will be subject to the school’s Conditions of Entry, the Terms and Conditions of Scholarship, and any formal agreement issued by the school.

      I/we also understand that scholarship holders are expected to meet the ongoing standards of conduct, participation, contribution and engagement in school life.

      Privacy Policy

      The personal information collected in this Trinity Grammar School, Kew Application Form is collected in order to allow scholarship testing to take place. Further information is collected as part of the testing process. This information is used to assess applicants' suitability for the scholarships, as well as to give the school the ability to contact you for the purpose of disseminating information regarding the school and the scholarships. If we do not obtain this information we will not be able to assess the applicant for a scholarship. The information will be kept by the Trinity Grammar School, Kew until the end of year in which the applications are open, at which it will be destroyed.
