- Teaching philosophy
Our learning philosophy is underscored by the idea that education is not one-size-fits-all.
We use data to inform our age and stage approach, and believe strongly that our teachers, like our students, have the agency to make evidence-based decisions about the strategies they implement in the classroom.
Personalised learning and wellbeing are celebrated at every level, and we employ a variety of structures, frameworks and strategies to support this, including:
Differentiated Instruction: Teachers adapt their teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of our students
Project-Based Learning: Students engage in hands-on, project-based activities to foster critical thinking and real-world problem-solving skills
Personalised learning: Our teachers are committed to providing personalised attention and support
Technology Integration: We leverage technology to enhance learning and provide access to a wealth of educational resources
