Trinity staff enjoy regular professional development and learning opportunities, with defined pathways for career growth and development. 

Like our students, our staff are supported by a personalised approach to professional learning. Staff have agency over their own development, and as such will often use data from their classes or area of interest to inform their participation in and evaluation of professional learning.   

Support for new and established teachers

Ongoing training Teachers participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current with best practices in education. 

Mentoring and coaching New teachers receive guidance and mentorship from experienced educators. 

Collaborative learning We encourage collaboration among teachers to share ideas, strategies, and successes. 

Individualised Development Plans Each teacher has a personalised professional development plan tailored to their career goals and areas for improvement. 

Access to resources Teachers have access to a wealth of resources and materials to enhance their teaching.
