Old Trinity Grammarians (alumni)

After our students graduate, they remain a special and integral part of the Trinity community as Old Trinity Grammarians (OTGs)

Since 1909, the Old Trinity Grammarians’ Association (OTGA) has provided an official link both between Old Trinity Grammarians and with the school.

The OTGA is the official alumni association of Trinity Grammar School, Kew, and as such plays a key role within the community in connecting OTGs with each other and the school, ensuring the ongoing contribution and participation of Old Trinity Grammarians within the Trinity community.

The OTGA achieves its purpose through activities aligned with its four strategic pillars; Connecting, Community, Clubs and Careers.

Old Trinity Grammarians Online (OTGO)

Old Trinity Grammarians Online (OTGO) is a digital platform exclusively for Trinity Grammar School alumni.

Through the platform, OTGs can:

  • Reconnect and reminisce with fellow OTGs through the community directory

  • Visit the OTG Club pages
  • Make connections with like-minded professionals and search the business directory
  • Mentor an Old Trinity Grammarian or advertise on the jobs board
  • Check for upcoming reunion and community events

Connections

Fostering and maintaining connections amongst Old Trinity Grammarians is a core function of the Old Trinity Grammarians’ Association. The OTGA proudly supports a range of events for past students, including reunions, networking opportunities and formal functions. These activities allow alumni to draw on their shared experience of Trinity Grammar School to build personal and professional relationships in their lives.

Clubs

Through various Clubs affiliated with the Old Trinity Grammarians’ Association, past students can represent their alma mater on the sporting field, in the pool and at the theatre. The OTGA also connects alumni with community service and outreach opportunities, facilitating the continuation of students’ commitment to ‘Harambee’ well after graduation.

Careers

The Trinity Grammar School alumni community stretches around the world and across a wide range of industries and professions. Past students can tap into this network through the OTGA to seek advice, build connections and seek future employment opportunities. The OTGA also supports the career aspirations of current students in association with the school’s Careers Department through skill sharing, mentorship and advice.

Community

Through communication, the Old Trinity Grammarians’ Association strives to inspire, connect and engage members of its community. News, updates and event notices are shared through OTGO, Facebook, LinkedIn and email communications. There are many ways to be a part of our thriving community, just be sure to keep your details up to date!

Humans of Old Trinity

Created by storyteller and filmmaker, Denis Curnow (OTG 2017), Humans of Old Trinity shares the experiences and adventures of Trinity alumni.

Gallery of Achievement

The Gallery of Achievement was established to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of Old Trinity Grammarians in their pursuits after finishing their schooling.

The Gallery recognises the accomplishments of individuals, provides role models for current and future students of Trinity and fosters a sense of continuity and connection across the Trinity community.

The connections created through Trinity Grammar School extend beyond past students.

Women of Trinity Grammar is an informal, all-inclusive social group which aims to retain a link between mothers and carers of Trinity Grammar School through events and gatherings.

Parent community

Our community is central to who we are. Celebrating and strengthening the relationships across our student, staff, families, alumni and philanthropy networks reinforces what makes Trinity, ‘Trinity’.
